Refund policy

We try our best to describe every vintage piece in great detail, and photographs are part of each description.

All sales are final unless a piece is damaged during transit or has been inaccurately described by Pure Archive.

If either applies, please email support@purearchive.co within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, items must be returned in the condition they were received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Buyer is responsible for postage on all returns or exchanges.
