Overview: This website is operated by Pure Archive. Throughout the site, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Pure Archive. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products: Many of our pieces are vintage and one of a kind. Vintage items may show signs of age, wear and patina, which are part of each piece’s character. We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.

Pricing & Availability: Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Because many pieces are one of a kind, items are available only while supplies last. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, and will issue a full refund if we do.

Orders & Payment: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

Shipping & Returns: See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or was inaccurately described.

Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Pure Archive and may not be used without written permission. Vintage maker names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Archive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
